When will my delivery arrive?
All deliveries to Perth Metro addresses will be delivered on the date selected between 8:30am - 5:00pm
All deliveries to all other addresses including VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, NT, ACT and Regional WA will be shipped on the date selected at the checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days from the selected date for arrival. You will also be provided with a tracking number to track the journey and arrival of your box.
Same day delivery/shipment is available for orders placed through the website prior to 8:00am (AWST) and 10.00am (AEST).
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia Wide.
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address or the box I ordered requires redelivery?
Email us at hello@sugarcoatit.com.au to let us know.
We have a standard $15.00 redelivery fee, however if it is found to be the wrong address post delivering. Sugar Coat It take no fault in this scenario and the box will be required to be repurchased.
Do you deliver weekends?
For Perth Metro address we deliver 7 days a Week Monday - Sunday.
For all other orders, these are sent through Express Post via Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking details and their website for further information regarding delivery windows.
How far in advance to I need to order my box?
All orders must be placed before 8:00am (AWST) and 10:00am (AEST) to be delivered/shipped on the same day.
For special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter and Christmas etc; cut off’s for orders will be communicated via the website, or alternatively send us an email at hello@sugarcoatit.com.au.
Can we customise a box?
Yes, along with our standard boxes we give you the opportunity to customise your own box via the add on function.
If you wish to customise one of the existing boxes, please email us prior to discuss if this is possible at hello@sugarcoatit.com.au Additional fees may apply.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Credit Card, Paypal and AfterPay.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Please email us at hello@sugarcoatit.com.au for any cancellations 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. All money will be refunded less the cancellation and administration fee of $50.
Unfortunately we cannot refund orders if we are not given the 48 hours notice.
How much is delivery?
The delivery rate is calculated based on the physical delivery address at the checkout.
Shipping is a flat fee of $20.00
